We are looking for a results-driven AI Engineer to be responsible for developing AI algorithms in consultation with our CTO. The software tester will implement algorithms, refine them, and report observations to the rest of the team.

To be successful as an AI Engineer, you should have a working knowledge of Python programming, a general idea of NLP and AI, and the ability to analyse the results. More importantly, the engineer should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have a passion to learn.

AI Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Discuss and understand algorithms in communication with the CTO.
  • Execute the development of the algorithms in Python.
  • Analyze the algorithm’s test results on various input data.
  • Report results in an easily understandable manner.
  • Interact with the rest of the team to understand product requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

AI Engineer Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Python programming and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of AI and Natural Language Process. Note: You will receive on-job training.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Good organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
